Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support; any remaining balance at the time of closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned via the User's registered payment method. w33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination where the suspension is due to User breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, system outages, payment processing errors, or incorrect odds displayed due to technical error. w33's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
